Blastonier version 0.0.3

Fixed the level unlock system so that it actually works as opposed to not working like it was. Also changed the thumbnail on the itch.io page to a glowing rendition of the front of the Blastonier cannon (god I wish I was better at art). Last devlog I think I said this would be the beta buuuuut the game still feels like it is an alpha so maybe next update will be the official, worldwide, international, release of the famous  Blastonier. Planning on adding some animations, better sound effects, better music, more particle effects, and a tone of screen shake.
