This week was a total disaster
I have not had a progress week this bad in a long time It feels like I've literally forgotten how to program, but that's just how learning new things goes I guess . Long story short the save system stonewalled me this week the thing is I got it working if I want to save one thing and with an array of things but when I try to do it with my hero's its just not working. So no shop progress and very little to show for the aggravation ( I've included a picture of Patric star to show my mental state). And the worse part is its not over, after I post this I'm diving back in there's just no other way.
On a related side note ill be posting these on Saturday from now on because it works better with my schedule and if I miss a day I can do it on Saturday.
On an unrelated side note my headache has gone away I don't know what caused it but it lasted way to long.
So for next week I will get this save system done and get the shop in I can say this because I know for a fact I can brute force the save system and hard code everything but the lord knows that wont be fun so ill give the smart way one or two more tries.
All that matters is giving up isn't an option and learning this will make my next game much easier to develop (I might literally start the new project file when this save system is done). so Hope you all had a good week this coming week is even better .

-replacing the way I make heroes so I can save their data (this old code is so bad, so hard to change)
-opening the destination map now closes all the panels

-ok i fixed it, I was using .capacity() for one of my functions instead of .size() silly
-not fixed(it looks like the vector im using for the hero team isnt clearing??)
-fixed bug where hero team getting knocked out would permanently disable combat
